How Do I Submit a Ticket?

If you want to submit a ticket, click the “Contact” tab in the upper right side of any page as seen below. In the drop-down menu click “Submit Ticket”. On the following page you must login to submit a ticket or register to submit a ticket. It only takes minute and is very easy to do.


If If you need to register look for the green text-link “Register Now!” in the lower left hand part of the page. The red arrow points to it below:

On On the register page you will need to enter a Username and Email Address.  This form will most likely look familiar to you because it’s the same form you use to login to your Dashboard.

The page will refresh with the text at the top of the form “Registration Complete. Please check your email.” When you check your email make sure you also check your spam folder just in case. If it takes longer than 15 minutes send us a message at: support (at) webstop (dot) net. (Sorry for spelling it all out. We are trying to avoid web scrapers and spammers.)

Open your email and look for an email with “WebStop Support” in the subject line. Click on the link inside to activate your account. You will be taken back to the WordPress form where you can create a new password or use the one that has been created for you.


If you create your own password click the “Reset” and then you are done. You can now Submit a Ticket and any future tickets.




What do I need to provide you with once I sign up?

Once you sign up for one of our Plan or Services you will be sent to to another page. On that page we will get your WordPress Dashboard and Control Panel credentials. You can view this page and submit your details Here.

We respect your personal information. Your login credentials, and all other information we collect will be kept secure and never shared. Additional information can be found in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

My site is broke and I am getting an error message. Can you help?

Currently, we are only doing minor changes on WordPress websites. Please Submit a Ticket with the changes you would like done.

Can I really cancel at any time?

Yes, you can. There are no minimum time periods you must fulfill before cancelling.

What if there are problems when you update the WordPress Core, Themes or Plugins?

When you sign up for any of our Maintenance Plans they include the Core, Theme and Plugin updates. If there are any problems, we will take care of it. If we are not able to fix the problem in a reasonable amount time. Your backup will be installed to mitigate the down time. We will contact you and go into the details further.

What if I have multiple websites and want to use your services on all of them?

First, please Create a Ticket and tell us how many sites you have. Briefly tell us a little bit about each site such as type of business. When we have all the details we will put together a custom package. We do offer discounts for some businesses.

When will I get a response once I submit a ticket?

Tickets are worked on in the order they are received. As soon as you submit your ticket it’s put in the queue. We strive to resolve all issues within a few hours of receiving them. Sooner the better. Websites that have went offline for any reason will get priority service. We want your website back online ASAP!

I am seeing a warning when I try to view my website? Is it Blacklisted?

If you are seeing warnings, then Yes, Google has most likely blacklisted your website. Your website been hacked, and some type of Malware is occupying your website. Take a deep breath and try to chill. This happens all the time to thousands of websites around the globe. Yours is not the first nor will it be the last. It depends on which plan you purchased and what’s happening on that particular day.We want you up and running as soon as possible.
